Shipping Policy

At The Rug Mart, our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details (if available).
  • Custom or pre-order rugs may require additional processing time. Any such delay will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We partner with reliable courier and logistics companies to deliver your order safely.
  • Local Deliveries (within Pakistan):
    • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
  • International Deliveries (any part of the world):
    • Estimated delivery time: 7–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, or courier disruptions).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Local Orders:
    • Flat-rate or free shipping may apply (details shown at checkout).
  • International Orders:
    • Rates are calculated based on weight, size, and destination at checkout.
    • Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your delivery country during checkout. For technical convenience, the system adds the shipping cost directly into the product price, which allows the final payment to appear as a single amount.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the courier.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • Each rug is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and sealed to prevent damage during transit.
  • For oversized or delicate items, special packaging may be used for extra protection.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you immediately.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with pictures of the product and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
