Handmade Rugs:

Gentle Vacuuming: Use suction-only vacuuming to remove surface dust without damaging delicate knots or fibers. Avoid rotating or beater brushes.
Natural Shedding: Some fiber shedding is normal in new wool rugs and will gradually reduce with regular, gentle care.
Back-Side Sunlight: Occasionally place the rug with its back facing gentle sunlight for up to one hour. This helps soften embedded dust, making it easier to remove with a light shake or gentle sweeping.
Immediate Spill Care: Blot spills promptly using a clean, dry cloth to prevent stains from setting. Never rub the surface.
Professional cleaning: is recommended every 2–4 years, or as needed in high-traffic areas, by specialists experienced with handmade rugs and natural fibers.

Machine-Made Rugs:

Regular Vacuuming: Frequent vacuuming helps prevent dirt from settling into the pile and keeps the rug looking fresh.
Spot Cleaning: Clean small stains with mild soap and water. Always test the solution on a hidden area first.
Moisture Control: Avoid excessive water, as over-saturation can weaken the rug backing and affect shape.
Use of Rug Pad: A rug pad reduces movement, minimizes wear, and extends the rug’s overall lifespan.
Professional Cleaning: Periodic professional cleaning helps refresh fibers, remove deep-set dirt, and extend the rug’s usable life.

Photography & Color: Colors may appear slightly different in person due to natural lighting, rug pile direction, or individual screen calibration.
Rug Size: Every rug, especially handmade pieces, carries a 3–5% size variation from standard dimensions. Please review the actual size in the product details before checkout.
Availability: Many of our rugs are rare or one-of-a-kind. Availability may change quickly, and some items may sell out before your order is processed.

We accept refunds or exchanges exclusively for rugs damaged during shipping, an event that occurs in fewer than 1% of shipments.
