  • Custom/Pre-orders: These items require additional lead time, which will be communicated to you during the purchase process.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • We are proud to offer Complimentary Shipping globally:
  • Within Pakistan: All orders qualify for Free Shipping.
  • International: All international orders qualify for Free Shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery:
  • Local (Pakistan): 3–5 business days.
  • International: 7–21 business days (subject to destination and customs clearance).

5. Packaging & Handling

6. Delivery Terms

  • Inaccurate Information: Re-delivery charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts.
  • Delays: If a significant delay occurs due to external circumstances, our team will notify you immediately.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the product is damaged, contact us at info@therugmart.co within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging.
  • Lost Shipments: In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we will conduct a full investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or a full refund.
