- Custom/Pre-orders: These items require additional lead time, which will be communicated to you during the purchase process.
- Notification: You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
- We are proud to offer Complimentary Shipping globally:
- Within Pakistan: All orders qualify for Free Shipping.
- International: All international orders qualify for Free Shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery:
- Local (Pakistan): 3–5 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days (subject to destination and customs clearance).

5. Packaging & Handling
- Every rug undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before being securely sealed in specialized packaging. Oversized or delicate pieces receive additional protective layering to ensure they arrive in gallery-ready condition.
6. Delivery Terms
- Inaccurate Information: Re-delivery charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts.
- Delays: If a significant delay occurs due to external circumstances, our team will notify you immediately.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the product is damaged, contact us at info@therugmart.co within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging.
- Lost Shipments: In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we will conduct a full investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or a full refund.
