You confirm you are at least 18 years of age. The Rug Mart reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand assets—including rug designs, the proprietary “6 Luxury Levels” classification system, photography, and website code—are the exclusive property of HSFD Corporation. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of our content is strictly prohibited.

4. Site Accuracy & Modifications

While The Rug Mart strives for perfection, we do not warrant that all descriptions or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Technical Product Disclaimers

As we specialize in high-end artisanal pieces, the following are inherent characteristics and not manufacturing defects:

  • Color Variance: Differences due to lighting, rug pile shading, or screen calibration.
  • Handmade Variance: A 3–5% size variation (Grades 1–3).
  • Natural Traits: Initial shedding, natural fiber scent, and “sprouts” (yarn loops).
  • Settling: Temporary creasing from shipping that flattens within 7–14 days.

6. Orders, Cancellations & Billing

The Rug Mart reserves the right to refuse any order. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or household. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information. Participation in promotional, loyalty, or buy-back programs is subject to separate terms and approval at our discretion.

7. Buy-Back Program

The Rug Mart offers a buy-back program for handmade rugs, granting store credit at our discretion. Eligibility and value depend on the rug’s condition, age, design, size, and market demand. Rugs must be free from significant damage or alterations. Customers must contact us first via email or WhatsApp with images and details for preliminary review. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. A final evaluation is conducted upon receipt before store credit is issued, including reimbursement for shipping costs. Store credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and program terms may change at any time.

8. Third-Party Tools & External Links

Any use of third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways) is entirely at your own risk. The Rug Mart is not liable for damages related to services provided by third-party websites.

9. User Submissions & Feedback

If you send us testimonials or photos, you grant The Rug Mart a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and publish that content for marketing purposes without compensation.

10. Carpet Care & Maintenance Liability

By purchasing, you agree to follow the specific Carpet Care Guide provided on our site. The Rug Mart is not liable for damage resulting from improper cleaning methods or use of harsh chemicals, normal wear and tear or fading due to sunlight.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All services and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rug Mart and its employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.

12. Pricing & Order Eligibility

The Rug Mart operates a region-based pricing model to ensure fair and sustainable service for customers worldwide. Prices displayed on our website vary depending on the customer’s geographic location.

Pakistan Customers: Prices reflect the base cost and are intended for local delivery.

International Customers: Prices include free international shipping, customs duties, taxes, VAT, insurance, and logistics costs.

Our system determines applicable pricing using IP address, shipping address, billing details, and payment method origin. By placing an order, customers agree to purchase products at the applicable regional price. Any attempt to bypass regional pricing via VPNs, proxies, or similar tools is prohibited.

Orders with mismatched pricing and delivery locations may be flagged, reviewed, and cancelled without prior notice. Refunds are subject to applicable payment processing deductions. The Rug Mart reserves the right to restrict future transactions if misuse is detected. Additional duties or charges may apply in rare cases due to customs inspections or remote delivery locations.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Rug Mart harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
